  1. Will OKTA still work when I enroll in MS Authenticator?

Yes, OKTA will continue be the source of MFA until the 28th of November. There is no issue in having two MFA tools installed on your device.

  1. When should I enroll in MS Authenticator?

You can setup and enroll in MS Authenticator at any time. We recommend doing it as soon as is possible for you. We want to make sure everyone is enrolled in MS Authenticator before the 28th of November.

  1. What happens if I don't enroll in MS Authenticator?

After the 28th October, when you open an application, you won't be able to verify yourself (MFA) and therefore won't be able to access any work-related applications.
